Asian Art Museum, only 0.3 miles from NEMA San Francisco. The museum is home to one of the world’s finest collections of Asian art, boasting more than 18,000 awe-inspiring artworks ranging from ancient jades and ceramics to contemporary video installations. Through June 10, Japanese Ink Paintings. Highlights from the collection illustrate how Japanese artists from the 15th to the early 17th century engaged with Chinese ink painting styles. Through July 8, Deities, Paragons, and Legends: Storytelling in Chinese Pictorial Arts. Depictions of intriguing tales that have informed, entertained, and engaged audiences for centuries.

SF JAZZ Center, only 0.3 miles from NEMA San Francisco. Opened in 2013, SF JAZZ is located on the corner of Franklin and Fell Streets in the heart of San Francisco’s arts district, and includes two performance spaces, multiple music practice rooms, a digital lab, and the B-Side restaurant and bar.
