From group fitness classes and Tahoe ski trips to silent disco parties and cooking demos, at NEMA San Francisco, experiences come to you. A few of the events we’re looking forward to are:
Sound Bath with Glow Yoga SF. Embark on a calming sound journey with a series of instruments, designed to quiet the mind and foster deep relaxation. This session may evoke awe, creativity, and inner peace. During this 2-hour experience, residents are invited to lie down with yoga bolsters and blankets, while absorbing the soothing vibrations and meditation of the sound bath.
Country Skies. Enjoy Happy Hour on the Skyline Terrace with country music, complemented by passed hors d'oeuvres and a signature cocktail.
Book Club at NEMA. Join our Book Club, where a NEMA staff member will guide the discussion, offering insights into the book while fostering camaraderie and excitement for future meetings. The first meeting will be a meet & greet, where we’ll start the book together from the beginning and discuss logistics for our next gathering.

NEMA has several weekly classes on the schedule including Bootcamp, TRX Fusion, Yoga Flow, Spin, and Battle Rope HIIT. Enjoy an effective circuit training that helps build a rock-solid fit body while increasing endurance. Each workout is designed to train and process cardiovascular endurance, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, and coordination using a variety of fitness equipment. This is a broad and inclusive workout to test and challenge your entire fitness level.
We also have high-intensity interval training that will ignite your body and burn off calories. With fun equipment like battle ropes, weights, and bands you will learn how to give one hundred percent effort through quick bursts of programmed training. Your NEMA trainer will keep your heart rate up as you burn more fat in less time in this weekly training session.
Amenities and services may be reserved via NEMA’s custom-built app, through which residents may also pay rent, submit maintenance requests, manage deliveries and guest access, add fitness classes to their calendars, and receive community and event updates.
